Our private suites are thoughtfully designed to provide a professional, move-in-ready space that you can make your own.
If you want to lease the space for providing hair services, your suite comes equipped with a styling chair, shampoo chair, mirror, and dedicated hair wash sink. If you prefer to lease it for aesthetic use, you can choose to lease suite with a mirror and either a hydraulic aesthetic chair or a massage bed, depending on your needs.
With the flexibility to personalize your space, showcase your brand, and create a welcoming client experience, you can build a business that reflects your unique style and vision.

Deposit
For this suite: $1,800.00 + HST $234.00 = $2,034.00Option 1: Click the link and pay the security deposit.

Step 3
Approval of Application
- Receive an approval or denial email within 2 business days.
- If your application is not approved, the entire deposit will be refunded.
- Once approved, our team will send you the lease.
- Sign the Lease within 48 hours of receiving it, or the suite is put back on the market
Deposit & cancellation terms
A security deposit equivalent to four (4) weeks of the License Fee, plus applicable HST, is required upon signing the Licence Agreement. Full payment of the security deposit is required prior to access to the licensed suite.
The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of early termination before the end of the applicable term or renewal period.
Where the Licensee fulfills all obligations under the Licence Agreement, the security deposit will be returned within 30 business days following the later of the expiry of the term or the date the suite is vacated, subject to the terms of the Agreement.
The security deposit may be applied toward any outstanding fees, amounts owing, damages, or costs associated with restoring the suite to its original condition, excluding reasonable wear and tear.
Early Termination & Cancellation
To terminate the Licence Agreement prior to its scheduled expiry date, the Licensee must provide at least twelve (12) weeks’ prior written notice, including the intended termination date. All License Fees and other applicable charges remain payable throughout the 12-week notice period.
Early termination will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. The Licensee remains responsible for restoring the suite to its original condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
Where promotional discounts, credits, free or reduced-fee periods, or other incentives have been provided, promotional benefits received may be subject to repayment, together with applicable HST, upon early termination, in accordance with the Licence Agreement.
The terms of the executed Licence Agreement will govern in the event of any discrepancy between this summary and the Agreement.
